Excellent location near the town center.

Fairly clean place with welcoming staff and particularly nice view of the mountains. Incredible and great breakfast with a great selection of food. Excellent and favourable location, close to the centre of the town. Short walk to a local restaurant for breakfast and the Fansipan cable car.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

It was in a very central setting in the centre. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with Vietnamese food and a vegetarian diet and good options, loved what was offered...

The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a safe area, next to restaurants and shops. the room was tastefully decorated and brand-new with an unforgettable view of the mountains. - the breakfast was superb with delicious Vietnamese food and good options. - the service was very good.

The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, with an electric heating system that kept me cozy during the cold weather. The balcony offered a stunning view, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea. The location of the hotel was very convenient, allowing me to easily explore the nearby attractions on foot.

Although there was some construction noise in the vicinity, it did not significantly impact my stay. The Wi-Fi was also a bit spotty, but I managed to stay connected for the most part.

Located close to Sapa station and hiking trails, the rooms have a nice balcony with mountain views. The hotel is great value for money, with clean and dated rooms. The 90s bar on the same level is popular for billiards and drinks. a quiet and enjoyable stay.

The value for money at Phuong Nam was excellent, especially for a solo traveler like me. The room was spacious with a stunning view from the balcony. The staff were incredibly helpful and arranged a bus back to the train station for me.

Menu for breakfast could have had more options.
